Darren Eady

Darren Eady has been involved in purchasing, maintaining and selling real estate investments throughout his career and owns several rental properties, commercial property and mortgage notes.
In 2010, he created a common sense lending program to accommodate real estate investors seeking to leverage their funds to give them the ability to purchase more low-priced cash-flowing rental properties.
At the same time, Darren created a way for cash and self-directed IRA investors to take assignment of these mortgage notes, and be the bank, while receiving a significant passive return on their investment. Darren has created over 4000 loans and 4000 note sales over the past seven years totaling over $260,000,000.00.
Over his career in Real Estate, Darren Eady has spent considerable time and resources to develop close relationships and strategic ties with successful real estate developers (such as, amount others, Millhaven Homes, LLC, etc.) as well as reliable sources of quality performing mortgage notes through his mortgage brokerage company, Secure Private Funding, LLC, that provides consistent cash flow on a regular, predictable bases. This provides the Fund with a significant “first look” capability and near-exclusive access to a large number of real estate investment opportunities that are unavailable to the general investing public.

Darin H. Mangum, Securities Attorney

Darin is the managing member of Darin H. Mangum PLLC, a boutique corporate and securities law practice with offices in Texas and Utah and clients nationwide. His law practice focuses on private placements, mergers and acquisitions, and federal and state securities law compliance. His past and present clients include hedge funds, start-up companies, FINRA broker/dealers, venture capitalists, and individual entrepreneurs. Darin received his law degree from Brigham Young University in 1999 and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Utah State Bar.

Jeffery A. Jensen, C.P.A.

Jeff has been helping clients with their accounting needs for over 20 years. Jeff has extensive hands-on experience in management, business leadership and working with Investors, Bankers and Attorneys. Jeff received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Brigham Young University in 1998 and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Utah.
